This site focuses on reports of spam (unsolicited bulk email) by "mainstream" corporations
or organizations, including non-profits, educational institutions, and religious organizations.
All information on this site comes from information either publicly available on the Internet,
provided to me by direct recipients of spam, archived postings to usenet newsgroups the
topics of which are spam email and related abuse, or is spam that I myself have received.
|
References to published online sources, such as news articles online or other web sites
which are documenting the issues of spam, are limited to quotes that should adhere to
fair use standards, and always include links to the URLs of the original material. Every
effort is made to adhere to fair use and acknowledge copyright by linking to original material.
TITLE 17 - Copyrights and Fair Use

Companies who do not like seeing reports of their engaging in spam should stop spamming. That would
make the bad publicity go away pretty quickly. To the best of my knowledge,
everything reported on this site is based on fact, and published with citations of sources.

Any legal threats relating to the publicly available or personally vouched for information
on this page will of course be published on this web site for visitors to view, and referred
to the originating source of the information.
